LOCATION: Baita Manuela is located in a quiet and sunny valley on the slopes of the Panarotta and Fravort mountains, in the heart of Valsugana, near the old mines and to the Rio Argento stream. Ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility, starting point for beautiful and simple excursions.
FEATURES: single housing unit, built and maintained in stone and wood, structured on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/living room with fireplace, wood stove and bathroom with shower; sunny terrace equipped with table, possibility of barbecue and umbrella. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 beds; all rooms are heated. Large lawn with deckchairs, chairs and umbrella for relaxing. Hot water, gas heating and electricity with photovoltaic panels. Private parking space. Pets accepted.
SERVICES: In the immediate vicinity of the hut there are 2 restaurants with typical regional cuisine, one of which, the one closest to the hut, is also a refuge . Furthermore, in the town of Roncegno Terme (11 km from the location of the hut) there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a bus station and a train station.
