Baita Piaz – apartment 1

LOCATION: The cabin was built new about 600 m from the village of Zuclo in Val Giudicarie – on the road to the Passo Durone area. It is located a few kilometers from Tione, the administrative center of the Valley. From the Baita you can admire the Adamello group with the Carè Alto. From the hut you can easily reach Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio and the Brenta Dolomites Group and the Nardis Waterfalls. Furthermore, Riva del Garda, the Comano and Caderzone spas. Also a starting point for walks, cycle paths, various sports points and it is also possible to fish in the streams of the valley to fans. In winter it is possible to reach the nearby lowest ski slope in Italy, the Borgo Lares Ski Centre, particularly suitable for families, with great La County catering, artificial snow. and illuminated track, Bolbenolandia etc.

FEATURES: It consists of 2 distinct, thermo-autonomous and independent housing units. It is located in a green setting with a large green lawn and a small stream nearby. The unit on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living room without fireplace. It has an area detached from the house for eating outside.

SERVICES: It is equipped with running water but NON-DRINKING. There is a barbecue, parking, lawn area, fireplace and wood stove, television. Pets are accepted only by prior arrangement and are small in size.
